Refund policy

Bikes and parts

All sales are final on bikes and parts. Deposits on directly arranged orders are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email photos and your order number to malaracingllc@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and we'll get it sorted. Claims after 5 days can't be accepted.

Warranty

VMC bikes are race machines built from race parts and are sold as-is, with no warranty, the same as any competition bike. We stock the spare parts to keep you on track.

Rental days

• 14 or more days before the date: full refund.
• 7–13 days before: 50% refund, or move to another date at no charge.
• Under 7 days: no refund, but the booking can be transferred to another date subject to availability.
• Transfers to a later date are allowed within a calendar year.
• If we cancel (weather, rain, equipment, or the event being called off): full refund.
• Crash damage on a rental bike is billed at parts cost plus labor, photographed and quoted before billing, and invoiced within 7 days. Normal wear (tires, fuel, chain, brakes) is on us.
