Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States. We don't ship outside the US at this time.

Complete bikes

Every bike is allocated to your order and built for it. Typical lead time is 6–8 weeks from order to delivery. A bike listed as "Notify me" is on the same 6–8 week allocation, not a longer backorder.

Freight is included in the bike price, so there is no separate shipping charge on a bike at checkout. Shipped bikes arrive crated with minor assembly required, and assembly instructions come with the bike.

Local pickup in the Bay Area is available by arrangement (it isn't a checkout option). The price is the same as shipped; instead of freight you get complimentary final prep and assembly, so the bike is handed over fully built and ready to ride. Email malaracingllc@gmail.com to set a pickup time.

Parts

Order processing is 5–7 business days. Parts we hold in US stock ship from our warehouse. Parts not in US stock ship direct from the factory, which takes about 1–2 weeks by air or 3–4 weeks by sea. Each product page shows which applies.

Shipping on parts is calculated at checkout by weight.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. For an update on any order, email malaracingllc@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email photos and your order number to malaracingllc@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and we'll get it sorted.

Sales tax

Orders shipped outside California are not charged sales tax. Bay Area pickup is a California sale, so California sales tax applies at pickup.
