MOTO-TRON REV Rear Sets - BMW

REV Series Adjustable Rear Sets

Crafted from 6061-T651 aircraft-grade aluminum,

every REV rear set is built with 3D scanning and digital modeling for precise fitment.

100% ultra-smooth CNC machining.

No sandblasting, polishing, or grinding is used,

ensuring a flawless finish and maximum strength straight out of production.

For long-lasting style,

we use Swedish and Japanese anodized dyes combined with a premium oxidation process, followed by a 72-hour UV aging test. This guarantees that

the colors remain fresh, vibrant, and highly fade-resistant even under harsh conditions.

Most REV Series rear sets are GP-shift compatible,

offering riders the flexibility to configure their preferred shifting style.

Compared to OEM rear sets, the REV Series delivers:

• Upgraded materials for superior strength and durability.

• Refined aesthetics with premium anodized finishes.

• Adjustable ergonomics so you can customize your riding position for both street and track.

Each REV rear set undergoes a complete development process,

including installation on the actual brand/model motorcycles,

followed by real-world testing on both open roads and tracks.

This ensures perfect fitment, reliable performance, and rider confidence.

Installation Notes

• Adjust the rear set to your personal riding position before tightening all screws.

• Always apply thread locker on all screws to prevent loosening from vibration.

• Confirm that the rear brake light switch functions properly after installation.
