aRacer RC Super X PRO ECU – Honda CRF300L / CRF300L Rally 2021+

Race-level engine management for the CRF300L / Rally: everything the Mini X does plus quick shifter, Race Panel and Race Module support.

The aRacer RC Super X PRO is aRacer’s race-level ECU. It does everything the Mini does — full replacement of the factory ECU, open fuel and ignition maps, Wi-Fi tuning from the X-Tune app or SpeedTuningX on PC, Quick Burn calibrations, AutoTune with a wideband — and adds the hardware and feature set a race bike needs: a faster multi-core processor, finer ignition resolution, more onboard logging memory, an IP67 connection and support for aRacer’s race accessories.

That means the QSR V2 quick shifter, the Race Panel 2 and iMode 5 touchscreen displays, the 3-Button Race Switch and VSS speed sensors for Race Module functions such as launch control, pit limiter and on-the-fly map switching. Mini X / Mini XX ECUs cannot run those accessories.

• Open fuel and ignition maps with rev-limit, start/idle and backfire control
• Wi-Fi tuning from the aRacer X-Tune app (iOS / Android) or SpeedTuningX on PC
• Quick Burn base calibrations and free bolt-on calibrations from the aRacer database
• AutoTune and wideband closed-loop with an AF2 / AF3 module
• Supports QSR V2 quick shifter, Race Panel 2, iMode 5, 3-Button Race Switch and VSS (functions vary by application)

Fitment

Fits the 2021-and-later Honda CRF300L and CRF300L Rally. Confirm model year and market version before ordering. The ECU connector and calibration are specific to the model and year, so send us your year and VIN if you are unsure.

Setup and tuning

Plug the ECU into the factory harness, connect to it over Wi-Fi with the free aRacer X-Tune app and run Quick Burn to load the base calibration for your bike and mods. For full map access on a PC you need SpeedTuningX and the PRO-LINK USB adapter (sold separately). Heavily modified engines should be finished on a dyno by a tuner; aRacer’s U.S. team can also remote-tune from logs.
