aRacer RC Super XX ECU – Yamaha YZF-R7 2022+

Latest-generation standalone engine management for the R7 — open maps for full-exhaust and intake builds, quick shifter and Race Module support for Twins Cup-style racing.

The aRacer RC Super XX is the latest generation of aRacer’s race-level ECU, here for the Yamaha CP2 twin. It fully replaces the factory ECU on the stock harness — not a piggyback — and opens up the fuel and ignition maps the factory unit locks away. Tune from your phone over Wi-Fi with the aRacer X-Tune app, or go deeper on a PC with SpeedTuningX through the PRO-LINK adapter; Quick Burn loads a base calibration for your bike and common mods from aRacer’s database.

As a Super-platform ECU it supports aRacer’s race accessories: the QSR V2 quick shifter, the Race Panel 2 and iMode 5 touchscreen displays, the 3-Button Race Switch and VSS speed sensors for Race Module functions such as launch control, pit limiter and map switching. Heavily modified engines should be tuned by a professional on a dyno.

Fitment

Fits the 2022-and-later Yamaha YZF-R7. Confirm model year and market version before ordering. The ECU connector and calibration are specific to the model and year, so send us your year and VIN if you are unsure.

Setup and tuning

Plug the ECU into the factory harness, connect to it over Wi-Fi with the free aRacer X-Tune app and run Quick Burn to load the base calibration for your bike and mods. For full map access on a PC you need SpeedTuningX and the PRO-LINK USB adapter (sold separately). Heavily modified engines should be finished on a dyno by a tuner; aRacer’s U.S. team can also remote-tune from logs.
